Beshoy Bebawy
Director of Operations
Beshoy Bebawy is the Director of Operations at The Madison.
After obtaining his bachelor’s degree in 2010; Beshoy moved from Egypt to the United States to start his career. In 2011, Beshoy started his Food and Beverage career with Marriott International Inc. Since then. his passion in hospitality enabled him to move up positions, starting as a server and bartender and rising to Food and Beverage Supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott.
In 2019 Beshoy joined IHG Hospitality as Banquet Manager at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill. His outstanding level of service helped him to advance to the Food and Beverage Manager' overseeing the operations of the 42,000 square foot meeting space.
Beshoy joined The Madison Team in 2021 as Director of Banquets' bringing his extensive experience to The Madison guests. Bishoy's goal is to maintain an outstanding level of service, while providing an unforgettable experience to every guest of The Madison.
When Beshoy is not at The Madison, you will find him enjoying his time with his family either by traveling and exploring or enjoying free time with his children.
